Checked in and it was a mess. Lobby's old, room key didn't work, and a horrible smell of smoke everywhere. Had to walk from the back lot with trash everywhere. I felt unsafe with staff living on my floor. The AC was broken and the TV didn’t work. Not a single coffee pot in sight. Breakfast? Nope.

the location of norwood inn and suites, minneapolis-st paul is perfect, as it’s close to the zoo, which was a huge plus for our family. the staff was friendly, and they tried their best to help us during our stay.
